The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company” individually and collectively refer to Aavahan Your Inner Calling and the terms “You” /”Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users. 

This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the information Technology Act, 2000. The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our sites and provide you the most user-friendly experience.

Refund Policy

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services or online training / workshop provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the training you register for.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to opt out of the training and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Online Digital Training / Workshops Training Policy:

Since (www.aavahangurukul.com) offers non-tangible irrevocable online training and workshop services we do not issue refunds once the registration is completed and the training enrolment is completed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon registering for any online training / workshop program from our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the content: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a content delivery email from us. Depending on the price of the product, (www.aavahangurukul.com) may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing content;

Product Access

Our Services are currently delivered by Internet only. After your registration has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your registration has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our signup form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our training product downloads.

Training Access from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our online training products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of online training and workshops we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our training servers.

Access issues: 

If You have problems that prevent you from accessing the online training / workshop products, (www.aavahangurukul.com) recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as  (Aavahan Consultancy Services)ensures that our training programs can be accessed with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

It may happen that you are having problems while accessing the product or its viewing. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 2 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful access of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “access issue” reason;

Irreparable defects with the software: 

Although all the online training / workshop products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: 

Although all the training / workshop products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If you still think that the training / workshop product is not-as-described, you must contact us within the period of 2 days after the order is placed. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 15 Business Days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 15 Business Days from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full (minus Payment Gateway Charges) without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the online training / workshop product of the same or around the same value can be offered; Please be advised that temporary access to your web host/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our online training / workshop products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your server will result in your inability to qualify for a refund. If our technical team finds that your web host/server has compatibility issues our support team may deny the refund request. 

Major defectsOnline Training / Workshop Product not-as-described

Such issues should be reported within 2 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased online training / workshop product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. 

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted at Contact Us within the period of 2 days after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
